Die Scholtys – Familiendemos
It's an amazing story when a dad supported his children and organized a family rock band so that the children could realize their dream - to become rock stars. And here is the first result of this Berlin music phenomenon Die Scholtys - the release of the debut album 'Familiendemos' took place on July 2.

Kids on a par with adults play in a band and it looks fantastic. The album is made up of 12 tracks so let's look at some of them. The song 'Nur einmal' features beautiful modern blues rock in the style of The Black Keys with a powerful rhythm and overloaded guitars. The vocalist, the youngest member of the band, sings solo in rhythmic verses when she is joined by backing vocals in melodic choruses. Atmospheric composition 'Moderne Legenden' is a series of acoustic verses with rock hymns in choruses. A wonderful guitar solo completes this short track.

'10961' - acoustic ballad with string accents turns into a light chorus to which it is connected. Gentle arrangement of wind instruments is beautiful as in the legendary 'Stairway to Heaven'. The song 'Oh Charlotte' features vocal parts of all members of the band. In a sweet song, everything is clear and love and its warmth fly around it.

The family rock band is a grand idea that helped Die Scholtys members come together during quarantine to become even closer to each other. Their songs are a slice of their life and a fixation of it with music. We wish Die Scholtys success and love in their music project.
