Subsurfer – Subversive
The American band Subsurfer based in San Diego has released their fourth full-length album called 'Subversive'. The album was released on September 17 and included 13 rock songs.

Absorbing all the power of the grunge heritage and adding to that the Southern California mood with its surfing and the sun, we got a new mix of new American rock that is Subsurfer. Their songs are clear and transparent, they are full of real rock sound and energy pouring from their songs directly on us.

The song 'Good Day' conveys the joy of life through melodic verses and pop choruses. The drums catch up with the wave and the musicians jump into it in wide choruses. 'Superman' is a beautiful song with inflated sound. Acoustic and electric guitar are harmoniously combined in one dance together with a powerful rhythm section. On top of that there is a light vocal melody that tells about the hero Superman.

'Bittersweet' is built on contrasting guitar lines erected in one flight in choruses. 'Wasted Youth' is song with the aura of classic punk rock. Sincere music in a minimalist performance. The track 'Off the Rails' is an inspiring song with a good mood and great pop rock.

Subsurfer continue to create original rock that does not look like anything else. They have found their musical face and we see their talent in every detail of their minimalist arrangements.
