The song tells how easy it is to find new friends and how easy it is to lose them, how the night gives the joy of life to all who give themselves completely to it. 'The Club Kids' sounds organic and intuitive in Eve's charming vocals. Indie pop sounds with vibrating waves and carries vocal melodies that are full of fatigue and sensuality. 

In the music video 'Club Kids' there is only one mise-en-scène on which the singer plays herself. She sits early in the morning on the road with the only one who possibly understands her is a cat. The sun just rises over the sleepy city and the young girl is alone with herself and her thoughts. She drinks, smokes and does not know what to do next during the day. The girl disappears leaving a surprised cat who also leaves.
