The Big Boss – In Transit
On September 3, a new album by the British project The Big Boss was released. The founder of this interesting musical phenomenon is Martin Byrne.

His long musical journey began in the 80's when he began playing in punk bands New Zealand, and later in British indie groups. Martin has always been close to music and in the 90s he began his research of the electronic scene. The music of his new album called 'In Transit' is diverse and full of elements of trance and electronics.

'The Point of no Return' is beautiful with its retro effects and energetic rhythm section. 'Coast 2 Coast' has disco sound with robotic effects and voice inserts. The sound is pumped throughout the composition and the synthesizer melisms smoothly lie on the base of the track.

'Back 2 the Future' has the sound of hip hop and drone that draws the whole composition with strange gravitational sounds. The track 'Block Rock' sounds great with guitar effects and trip hop rhythm. Minimalist content plays with synthesizer injections and instant effects.

Electronic project The Big Boss has created a harmonious picture woven of retro sounds and diverse genre styles.  Listen to the full album 'In Transit' on Spotify below and appreciate The Big Boss' contribution to British electronic music.
