Michael's poetic power creates a dark atmosphere with an ironic look at personalities and life. The album consists of 8 tracks and some of them we will describe.

In the song 'Institution' the strong declamatory voice of the singer tells its story in a colorful accompaniment with reef guitars and steel bass. Post-punk from Joy Division style returns in a new role of another artist. 'Charli is a Boy' is a rhythmic song with the same classic post-punk roots and garage guitars that turn into a real mantra guitar in the finale of the composition. 

'Jas Vidal' - rhythm n blues composition with elements of britpop. The title song 'Kingdom of the Swine' swings a lingering rhythm with dark rock n roll like a shamanic spell dancing around flames and wildlife.
