Al Young began writing songs and improving the synthesizers sound in the late 1970s. Inspired by the European song tradition, Al Young wrote another amazing song that we listen to today. 'Grains of Sand' tells about a young girl who travels around Europe and realizes that there are many wonderful people around her who, together like a grains of sand, make up our whole world.
