One day, before Christmas, when Laurie Lewin was working in London, he was walking through the streets filled with the atmosphere of the holiday and saw a homeless man singing a song. His song was on a Christmas theme but he sang it sadly and not at all encouraging.
This touched Laurie Lewin's sensitive heart and even then on the train home he thought about this and how he could help such people to brighten up their Christmas days. Laurie Lewin wrote the song 'Singing A Song About Christmas' where he also sings in a characteristic sad tone. Mixing reggae and folk, rock and ballad, Laurie Lewin has achieved a unique combination of depth of melody and harmony.
All proceeds from the song 'Singing A Song About Christmas' are being donated to Shelter and Crisis At Christmas to support the homeless, so everyone can join this noble cause by adding this song to their own Christmas playlist. We did it too and we highly recommend listening to 'Singing A Song About Christmas' by Laurie Lewin right now below on Spotify.
