Cold Shoulders is, first and foremost, a trio of like-minded friends who create and spend time together in search of their own sound. The album 'The sun goes down alone' was recorded independently at their rehearsal space with additional recordings at Black Valley Studio in Oslo. Thus, the guys conveyed the atmosphere and aesthetics of the place where their songs are born and where they actually contact each other.

The songs on the album 'The sun goes down alone' touch on the themes of love and separation, suffering and hope, nostalgia and modern vicissitudes of life. The soulful vocal line and guitar indie rock sound are wonderfully intertwined in a dynamic form, revealing a truly interesting and extraordinary band.
