The single 'State School Kids' was released on June 17 and became a new title in the band's excellent catalog. The music of the single is rhythmic and energetic and its basis is still in electronics. Elements of indie-rock and Britpop are felt in emotionally melancholic vocals and smooth melodic pattern on the background of the composition. Classic synthesizer sounds in their background and arpeggio that create drama and nostalgia of the track.

The author conveys his impressions of the song in a simple plot where adult children are confronted with real life and it is imprinted in their minds for many years.
