Memphis Stone & The Elevators – Higher
When those born for live rock n roll return to the stage, there is nothing more natural and joyful. Memphis Stone & The Elevators have returned to revive the young sprouts of the London rock scene with their presence.

The path of these experienced musicians is long and thorny, it is filled with sadness and joy, hope and inspiration. Music does not accept falsehoods and people who have gone through a difficult creative path have something to say, and their words are true.

The band recently shared a new single 'Higher'. It is a hymn of cheerfulness and confidence, the song charges us with the living energy that we need so much in this difficult time for all. From the first chords of an overloaded guitar, we go to that good old rock n roll that has been living with us for 70 years and it seems that no vaccination will help humanity get rid of it. We are joking, of course, but how vividly this music is and how unshakable its magic is.

Memphis Stone & The Elevators in their single 'Higher' takes us to one of the origins of this music - American proto-punk from The Stooges and British modrock from The Who. This explosive mix still gives birth to powerful singles which is the new song of the band. We just want to wish that similar music continues to sound and we will not die until it dies. Listen to the single 'Higher' below on Spotify and indulge in the magic of timeless rock n roll with Memphis Stone & The Elevators.
