Giant Killers – Songs For The Small Places
On January 26, the album 'Songs For The Small Places' by the British band Giant Killers was released. The history of this record goes back decades and takes us back to the 90s when this album was recorded.

Giant Killers is actually a duet consisting of Jamie Wortley and Michael Brown. At the time, Giant Killers were on the rise and just gaining momentum. They played as opening acts for Blur and other brilliant artists of the era and even signed a contract with MCA Records and released two singles with them. Unfortunately, at that time the album was not released, so the time has come when all rights have been restored and this iconic record is before us.

The album 'Songs For The Small Places' consists of 10 tracks and is a wonderful synergy of Britpop, soft rock and power pop. Each presented song has something of its own that takes our breath away and fills our lives with meaning and inspiration. The songs from the album 'Songs For The Small Places' are melodic and harmonious, they show the spirit of eternal rock n roll that goes through the prism of time to our present day.

In the music of Giant Killers there are many cool guitar parts and synthesizer waves that attract us into their world of hooks and melodisms. The vocal lines are memorable for their timeless lyrical insights, and their laconic choruses always make us want to sing along.
