Sometimes Julie is the brainchild of of singer/songwriter duo Monica Sorenson and Rick Walker who formed this band in San Diego and first released the debut album in 2014. Since then, they have a lot of live performances, joint recordings and awards behind them. The album 'Seven Wishes' is full of real rock sound with cool themes and motifs, each of which reveals human feelings, searches and discoveries. Each of the presented songs is a separate story taken from life experience and this is valuable.

Monica Sorenson's bright vocals resonate perfectly with the rock ensemble. The guitar parts are simply unsurpassed because Rick Walker is an experienced and one might say iconic musician on the rock scene. The rock genre of the record also contains elements of country and blues, and is filled with rock melodies that are memorable and bring us back to this album again and again.
