Jay Wood – Respire
Australian artist Jay Wood released her long-awaited EP 'Respire' on September 1. This record is a significant milestone in the life of an artist who has survived a severe trauma caused by a car accident with a drunk driver.

'Respire' tells the story of life, love and death. In this lyric, one feels the inner strength and determination of the artist to move forward. In spite of everything, Jay Wood coped with her illness, with which she fought, including thanks to her creativity. EP 'Respire' consists of 6 original tracks imbued with warmth and tenderness, and at the same time hardened by life itself.

Jay Wood's vocals have a beautiful silky timbre, and her acoustic guitar is supported by a laconic arrangement with a graceful rhythm section and wide atmospheric backgrounds. 'Respire', this is definitely a great work for fans of folk pop and indie, and it is also very important for the artist herself and her new opportunities.
