Mahto & The Loose Balloons – The Buzzard
The American band Mahto & The Loose Balloons shared their new EP 'The Buzzard' on March 31. The record consists of seven tracks written and recorded during the pandemic. The album tracklist have a strange and pleasant mood that is fascinating and hypothetical. The mix of organic musical instruments is beautifully voiced, smooth and nostalgic.

The song 'In the Middle of the Street' has psychodelic vibes based on a uniform plexus of bluesy rhythm section and the mysterious sounds of Rhodes piano. Atmospheric synthesizer gives a thick fog when the sounds of saxophone and guitar echo vocal refrains.

The track 'Samba19' has an artpop aura of grotesque arrangement. The sounds of Latin music are endowed with a fantastic fairy-tale mood. Strange sounds give a delicious flavor of harmony and rhythm. The title track 'The Buzzard' begins as a ballad and develops as a Power pop classic. The elastic melody is memorable and leads the whole ensemble to a great playing.
