Duncan Pelletier – Clear
Walking along the waterfront of Portland, in the state of Maine can not be indifferent to the majestic picture where right in the front of you is the mighty Atlantic Ocean and behind nice town. Probably more than once Duncan Pelletier saw such a picture and admired it. We know how the terrain and landscapes on which artists create inspire them to compose individual creativity.

Duncan is an experienced multi-instrumentalist who shared with his mastery of musical instruments and compositor talent to many creative groups and persons. He recently started his own solo project and released the single 'Clear' under his name. The song will be included in the full-length album 'Gone Soon', which will be released on March 24th. 'Clear' is a great example of country-rock and other musical styles that are close. His guitar arrangements are gorgeous and it invite us into the Americana moods. His soul-piano starts the track against the backdrop of vinyl squeak, and sometimes it seems to us that we are listening to this track on physical media, which makes the song kind of homely warm and cozy. The jazz organ accompanying the singer adds a pleasant velvety tone. Duncan's vocals seem familiar and it only seems as his singing synchronizes with the lyrics where he shares his experience where the past comes into the present to ask a few more questions.

We will be happy to wait for the release of the whole album to listen to more stories and reflections from Duncan Pelletier, and now we can listen to the single 'Clear' on Spotify below and spend our time with great adult music and adult lyrics.
