Morrison Reed – Old Shady Motel
Morrison Reed is an Australian artist based in Sydney. His work is unique for its grotesque and chaotic moments. His artistic aura fascinates with its hypnotic pressure and atmospheric emancipation.

On November 5, he released a new single called 'Old Shady Motel'. This work once again confirms the curiosity and unusualness of the author. The track sounds like noise rock mixed with art elements and psychological text which reveals the most powerful thoughts and dreams of the main character of the song.

Morrison Reed conveys those thoughts and anxieties that accompany the hero of his lyrics to a mysterious motel where he always leaves a piece of himself and his feelings spending the night with the same prostitute. He can't take she with him, she doesn't belong to him.

The music of the track 'Old Shady Motel' is viscous and experimental, it follows the cascading rhythm of drums and shoegaze synthesizers. The vocals are straining and restless.  He successfully conveys all the emotions that should belong to this work.
