The Figurants – Lint-Trap Ghost
Seattle-based band The Figurants released their new single 'Lint-Trap Ghost' on August 24th. The track sounds like it was created in an alternative rock genre with a lo-fi mood.

The track invites us to travel in time together with the protagonist of the story who returned to reality 40 years later and how this occasion created collisions that he did not expect. His family has already abandoned him and it is difficult for him to prove who he really is.

Underground sound in the spirit of the 90s reveals this track as a successful stylization of the then movement in Seattle and around the world. The overload guitar plays in a grunge mood and the singer leads his melodic line supported by a psychedelic melody and backing vocal experiments. The evenly pulsating rhythm section and circular harmony refers the track to a post-punk tradition.
