Quorum – The Death Of Intellectual Success
The band Quorum is a new British sound that develops the evolution of indie rock music. The band is based in Exeter, UK from where they share new releases.

Recently released their mini-album 'The Death Of Intellectual Success' consisting of 7 songs whose diversity reveals the talent and musical thinking of Quorum. Let's consider a few of them as highlights of this inspiring record.

After the misty 'Prologue' covering the experimental sound of its ambient, we plunge into 'Could We Be Different'. The original timbre of the vocals develops melodic patterns and encourages them to be different. The rhythm section is lively and it is connected to distant indie guitars and soft synthesizers.

In the song 'Still Can't See', the steel bass pumps the entire track by stringing cascading drums and a guitar drive. An amazing picture of multicolored sounds bursts into the chorus, covering the whole space with incredible polyphony. 'You Said' powerful rock is blaring from the speakers so it's easy to imagine ourselves near the live performance.

Beautiful rock n roll is produced by guys who are fashionable and talented at the same time. Listen to the full EP 'The Death Of Intellectual Success' below on Spotify and discover another hope of British rock n roll - band Quorum.
