The recording featured some of Victoria BC's finest musicians, each of whom contributed to this new jazz gem. The song 'Ghost City' has an exciting musical arrangement filled with a rhythmic tapestry of jazz sounds. The catchy motif of the song has every chance to make this track another jazz standard in the future. Heather Ferguson's vocal is a separate musical instrument that we can fully enjoy in the song 'Ghost City'. 

Lyrically, the song tells the sad story of Everglades City Florida, whose then residents suffered from a ban on fishing and hunting due to the established conservation area. All that happened next to these people was despair and the search for other chances for livelihood. Meanwhile, Everglades City Florida  has a unique nature and is famous for its flamingos. All this aesthetics of beauty and suffering subtly floated in the lyrical content of the song 'Ghost City'.
