Bladderwrack – Troll
Yes guys, the legacy of the genius Dickens continues to influence modern artists. We recently learned about the existence of Dickensian Punk and a bright representative of one is the band Bladderwrack. Of course, the base is London.

Actually, the band consists of two members and consists of a guitarist-vocalist and a drummer. Their latest single 'Troll' is a realistic short story about modern trolls on the Internet and their activities. Everyone probably had to deal with such people, and since their fabulous incarnations, modern trolls do a lot of damage to philistinism and the bourgeoisie.

The music of the single is a powerful garage punk that comes from an overloaded 12-string guitar and a drummer's drive. In the music video 'Troll', the musicians invite us to watch their performance right from the room where they openly enjoy their show. Ambiguous collage inserts appear on our monitor in the form of real trolls, texts and politicians of today.

The band is clearly trolling everything underneath that we've been mumbling lately and in comedic form making fun of what we've seen. Watch the original music video 'Troll' by Bladderwrack below on Youtube and draw parallels with the work of the great British writer.
