The Candy Republic – Army of Robots
The British band The Candy Republic released the new single 'Army of Robots' on June 23. This indie/post-punk track is a cool gift from an interesting band that fascinates with their creativity. The Candy Republic use elements of electronic and live music in the recording of their tracks, successfully combining them into a solid signature sound.

The song 'Army of Robots' is just one of those tracks that have meaning and an idea. The song tells about the experience that many of us had when, following our dreams, we fall into the trap of the capitalist system and unwittingly become robots, automatically doing work that we hate. For example, for the author of this song, it reminds him of that youthful experience when his first job was washing dishes only to buy himself his first guitar. And there are thousands of such cases in our everyday life.

Vocal parts monotonously pump up the essence of the song, leading to explosive choruses, and a memorable guitar motif runs through the entire structure of this musical composition. Listen to the single 'Army of Robots' below on Spotify and discover a new band called The Candy Republic.
