Carsten Schnell – I have been waiting
On June 16, a new single by the German musician and producer Carsten Schnell was released. The song called 'I have been waiting' takes us back to the days of the Chicago blues when expression, sensitivity and soulfulness were the hallmarks of music.

Carsten Schnell uses in the arrangement of this track all the same techniques of musical structures where the solo on the guitar and piano is clearly expressed. The rhythms of the blues fall in elastic waves on the ensemble playing and the vocal line perfectly conveys the aesthetics of this sad and unruly song.

In the music video 'I have been waiting', the main role is played by a 75-year-old man who walks through his lonely rooms remembering the most emotional moments of his life. Such a picture makes us think and look at our life and at those who are in front of us now.

Carsten Schnell has an amazing creative heritage that is enriched with original albums from the 90s and now the artist continues his experiments with styles, going through the difficult path of his searches from classical to electronic and blues.
