Ampersand – Jaded
There are three main whales on which collective music rests. It's folk, jazz and rock. All other music feels great if it is created by one composer or producer. But lately, rock music is losing its position as a group creation and moving to the home studios of a multi-instrumentalist, where they making the final product that they hear in alone head.

In short, we can hear a rock song for the first time and say whether it was a band or a multi-instrumentalist. This fine line is felt, as the multi-instrumentalist can not jump above his head and his musical intelligence. It is another matter when several creative individuals create a unique composition due to their unique musical parts. This is the music we will listen to today. The band Ampersand from London is 5 musicians preparing to release their full-length album.

Their recent single 'Jades' is an exquisite work of collective music based on the ideas and production work of Ampersand members. The playful boogie bass, along with clicks and

feedback guitar, pave the way for the main melody, which first sounds on a nice piano and then turns into vocals. Talented guitar is always in the background and it is enough as the right ingredient in a delicious meal.  Subsequent verses become more lively and the vocals more emotional, which generally create the atmosphere of a carnival where do not have fun but focus on the modern structure of the world and the role of man in it.

The song is full of rock n roll spirit and indie-love of freedom. The soft presentation of the material allows the song to sound like a classic of pop music. The arrangement is rich and moving, allowing you to memorize this track and take it in our playlist. Listen to the single 'Jaded' below on Spotify and look forward to seeing Ampersand's entire debut album soon.
