The main thing is their music, which has already become part of the punk culture in the USA. Rise Defy recently revived the history of their live performances and we can see them again where the original punk rock sounds from the stage. In their music, they used elements of Soul and RnB, sometimes mixing it with loud hardcore.  

When the label DCxPC Live asked them to send them something from the old live record, they received two cool tracks that were included in the label's new release. So here we have DCxPC Live's first venture into hand lathe cut vinyl records, and it features the cool band Rise Defy with their 'Live at the Pie Shop DC'.
