Mahogany Frog – A Decision Of The Flower
The Canadian band Mahogany Frog is based in Winnipeg where they create masterpieces of modern instrumental music. On February 25, their single 'A Decision Of The Flower' was released, which was included in the upcoming album 'Faust'.

The song 'A Decision Of The Flower' is an integral part of the concept album. The album will be a soundtrack to the vintage film 'Faust' released in 1926, which tells the well-known story between Faust and Gretchen passing through love and pain, doubt and hope.

The track 'A Decision Of The Flower' has a calm character and a light texture on which a warm synthesizer and an electronic piano are superimposed. The composition develops when the rhythm section and overloaded bass are added to it.

The track has its roots in psychedelic rock and this atmospheric music perfectly echoes the music video 'A Decision Of The Flower' where the film stills is presented, which reveals the moment of the birth of love between main characters.
