The guys work with both Serbian and English, which gives hope to find their listener both at home and in the west. If you look at the English part of their work, the recently released single 'Sad Girl' will get good marks from us because we love the variations of modern music on the themes of the 80s, in particular post-punk and new wave. When these styles are combined with the indie rock of the 2000s, we get the mixture that makes us believe in the future of rock n roll. And it's great that bands like Bones In Butter continue to appear in the world of music despite the hard times.
The music of the single 'Sad Girl' is a live form of rock music that sounds soft and familiar. The moving dense bass guitar beats the simple rhythm of live drums moving along with the chord sequence on the electric guitar. The velvet timbre of the band's vocalist perfectly conveys the sadness and irony of the main character of the song - sad girl. The melodic howls of the choruses resemble the music of the 60s and in the instrumentals that follow the vocal choirs create an atmosphere of rich harmony. Lead guitar sounds with its tremolo always appropriate on the canvas of the composition. At the end there is a guitar solo that leaves the song along with other instruments allowing the choir to complete the single 'Sad Girl'.
