American guitarist and singer-songwriter Jeb Rault released his third full-length album 'Rising' on September 15. The first two albums were released in 1997 and 2012, respectively. 'Rising' was written and recorded by Jeb Rault in a New Orleans Marigny Studio with a well-known producer Ben Lorio.
