Thus, he himself became a legendary musician who amazed and continues to amaze with his technique of playing bass. Alyona writes great songs, plays the guitar and has many participations in various interesting projects.

In 2015, Rina Green’s debut full-length album was released featuring other well-known London musicians as well the Grammy Award Winning sound producer Jerry Boys (The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd). The album consists of 11 tracks and was named ‘Universe 25’.

The record begins with ‘Frogs & Kisses’ with an atypical rhythmic structures and wide bass strokes accelerate the intro. The rhythm of the guitar and the synthesizer drone create a pulsating atmospheric background on which vocals sound crystal clear and mysterious. In a dense chorus the drumroll together with vocal reverb bring energetic increase and decrease it on the next verses. The final chorus sounds with beautiful backing vocal lines.

‘I Come in Peace’ is an aerial composition where the vocals are dreamy and cozzy. The rhythm section is wide that absorb piano arpeggios and guitar melisms.

The rock track ‘Dreamers’ is a viscous layer based on dark riffs and mystical vocals. The composition unfolds into a large art rock canvas carrying heartbreaking lyrics.

The nostalgic jazz track ‘Titanic’ has a wonderful mood of adventure and new discoveries.

‘Sleepwalker’ is a harmonious theme where the smooth layers of music turn into hard rock choruses, raising the emotional state of the lyrics and moving away into the smooth flow of verses.

The song ‘Drug’ tells the story of a run from a bad habit that gets closer and closer and everything happens again. The musical design perfectly tightens the misty course of the magnetic mood.

‘Time’ has an unsurpassed bass line that meets the marching rhythm. A weeping violin and a shrill trumpet envelop the soulful vocals and fly high.

‘Trekkies’ is an acoustic composition with soft bass and wind instruments. The vocals are gentle and deep as a cosmic signal coming down with its message. In the second part of the song, the instrumental playing turns into a major, which creates a pensive picture with strange sensations.

In the psychedelic song ‘November’ there is a sharp vortex of musical impulses that invites to dance with the last month of autumn.

‘Hikikomori’ is a beautiful atmospheric and insightful song with sad singing and a high-pitched guitar solo in the finale.

The final track of the album ‘Heartbeat’ is sweet and gentle, gaining momentum and grows hope, ending his thought with beautiful lyrics: ‘I’ll be easily forgotten but that can’t hurt one. We’ll be easily forgotten but now it’s our turn to make your hearts beat.’

Rina Green’s music can not just be forgotten because it is the inspiring forge of fresh air that raises the philosophical themes of human’s place on earth, in space and in the inner world.
